Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery

Delivery to the UK is just £3.50 for all orders. Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you will receive a tracking number along with your dispatch email.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, although it may take a little longer at busy times, for big orders, or if an item is temporarily out of stock. Once dispatched, the parcel is out of my hands, but Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 days.

International Delivery

Delivery to the rest of the world is just £7.50. Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard and you will receive a tracking number along with your dispatch email.

Once dispatched, overseas orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks, but can sometimes take a little longer. Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and import duties which you will be liable for.

Exchanges and Refunds

I hope you will be happy with your order, but should you require an exchange or refund for any reason, then please return the item(s) in the original condition and packaging within 14 days, stating if an exchange or a refund is preferred. All returns should be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

A full refund will be given on the item(s) only, unless there is a fault when postage will also be refunded. I regret that earrings cannot be exchanged (unless faulty) for obvious hygiene reasons.
