Products

All products are hand-crafted and as such are subject to subtle variations in colour and size, particularly between batches. By placing an order, you are accepting these slight variations as part of the charm of a hand-made product. If items are returned for this reason, a refund would be issued for the product only, and not for the return postage.

Delivery

Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (for the UK) or International Standard (for the rest of the world) with a tracking number provided. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, although it may take a little longer at busy times, for big orders, or if an item is temporarily out of stock.

Once dispatched, the parcel is out of my hands, but Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 days (UK) or 1-2 weeks (rest of the world). Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and import duties which you will be liable for.

Exchanges and Refunds

Should you require an exchange or refund for any reason, the item(s) must be returned in the original condition and packaging within 14 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. A full refund will be given on the item(s) only, unless there is a fault when postage will also be refunded. Earrings cannot be exchanged (unless faulty) for obvious hygiene reasons.

Your contact details will not be used for for any purpose other than delivering your goods to you, or for providing information regarding your order or ©Susie Morgan Design products. The personal information you provide will stay within this website and not be given, hired, sold, or otherwise passed on to any third party.
